About the Role

Join Coinbase's dynamic Litigation team as a Paralegal and contribute to our mission of increasing economic freedom. In this full-time remote position, you'll manage complex litigation cases across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in case tracking and document management.

• Matter Tracking: Own the matter tracking and case file management for a high-volume docket, spanning U.S., international, and commercial litigation.
• Discovery & Trial Prep: Execute tasks such as document production, deposition coordination, and exhibit management to support trial preparation.
• Process Improvement: Develop improved processes and tooling to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort for the Litigation team's growing caseload.
• Subpoena & Summons Support: Assist in responding to subpoenas, summons, levies, garnishments, and other civil third-party requests.
• Deadline Management: Calendaring all case milestones, court dates, and filing deadlines with zero misses.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve a wide range of tasks to support the Litigation team's operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, executing discovery and trial preparation tasks, building efficient processes, and managing deadlines with precision. Collaboration with outside counsel and government agencies is also part of your responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience in litigation support or paralegal work, particularly in consumer, international, and commercial litigation. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
