The Opportunity

Coinbase is seeking a Prime Sales Trader to join our Institutional Prime Trading team. As a key player, you will drive growth by delivering best-in-class execution and liquidity solutions to some of the world's most sophisticated institutional clients. This role involves understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and partnering with various teams to identify and monetize new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive increased trading volume by identifying and meeting clients' liquidity needs through high-touch and low-touch execution services.
• Build and maintain trusted counterparty relationships through quality execution and consistent service delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Financing, and Account Management teams to identify, onboard, and monetize new client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in institutional trading or a related field.
• Strong understanding of spot and derivatives markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Aptitude for identifying market trends and client needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person "surges."
