About This Position

Coinbase is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our remote-first team and lead the marketing of complex institutional products. This role will be based globally with frequent in-person "surges" at our headquarters. As the PMM for Prime & Markets, you'll own messaging and enablement strategies that drive client adoption across spot, derivatives, cross-margin, liquidity, and execution workflows.

What You'll Do

• Owning positioning and messaging for Prime and Markets products including spot, futures, options, cross-margin, execution, and liquidity access.
• Partnering with Product, Markets, Sales, Legal, and Comms to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling GTM strategies.
• Leading major product launches by ensuring sales enablement, client communications, sequencing, and events are executed effectively.
• Building high-signal enablement materials such as talk tracks, FAQs, battlecards, demos, and client-ready narratives that reflect real objections and buying behavior.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in product marketing for complex financial products or B2B SaaS solutions.
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.
• Proven track record of leading successful GTM initiatives and driving client adoption.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Aptitude for working in a remote-first environment with frequent in-person "surges."
