About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal with RTA or Credit Hire experience to join our team at Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment in Bolton, Greater Manchester. This role offers a full-time position based in the office.
- Key tasks include dealing with MOJ Portal matters and uploading claims to the portal.
- Utilizing Med Co for instructing medical agencies and conducting AskCue PI searches.
- Valuing general damages and obtaining documents and evidence supporting cases.
What You'll Do
The role involves a variety of tasks, including:
- Handling MOJ Portal matters efficiently and accurately.
- Uploading claims to the MOJ Portal in a timely manner.
- Instructing medical agencies through Med Co for necessary investigations.
- Conducting AskCue PI searches to gather relevant information.
- Evaluating general damages and ensuring all supporting documents are obtained.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal with RTA or Credit Hire experience.
- A strong understanding of the MOJ Portal and its processes.
- Familiarity with Med Co for medical agency instructions.
- Knowledge of AskCue PI searches and their application in legal cases.
- The ability to value general damages accurately.
