Career Consulting Partners seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice in Farmer Market, Los Angeles County. This is a full-time opportunity with a respected multi-state personal injury firm dedicated to advocating for injured victims across six states.

About the Role

Pre-litigation practice demands specialized expertise and strategic judgment. In this position, you will own the complete pre-litigation lifecycle, managing complex cases, coordinating investigations, preparing settlement demands, and building the evidentiary foundation that drives favorable resolutions for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate incoming personal injury claims and determine liability strategy
• Conduct thorough fact investigation and oversee client intake
• Prepare comprehensive demand letters and settlement documentation
• Correspond with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• Organize medical records, discovery materials, and case evidence
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes prior to litigation
• Maintain case documentation and manage client communication
• Work collaboratively with litigation attorneys when cases proceed to trial

What We're Looking For

• Licensed attorney in good standing in California or eligible to practice in California
• Background in personal injury law, pre-litigation practice, or insurance defense
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Attention to detail and organized approach to documentation
• Client-focused mindset and professional demeanor
• Experience negotiating with insurance carriers and defense counsel (preferred)
