Litigation Paralegal (In Person Only)

Lowe Law Firm PC is seeking a Litigation Paralegal (In Person Only) to join its team on a full‑time basis in Atlanta, Fulton County.

About the Role

This position provides essential support to attorneys managing a variety of civil litigation matters. The paralegal will work closely with legal staff to ensure cases progress smoothly from initial filing through trial.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence
• Respond to interrogatories and assist with discovery requests
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations; prepare related filings such as motions to compel
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness materials, and coordinating logistics
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, and other litigation documents under attorney supervision
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
• Maintain case files, docket calendars, and document management systems
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal court rules and filing deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Paralegal certificate or an associate’s/bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of two years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case‑management or e‑discovery software
• Knowledge of federal and Georgia court procedures and filing requirements
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
