Page Group is recruiting a Senior Litigation Paralegal for a full-time position in Los Angeles, California. This on-site role provides the opportunity to support experienced litigation attorneys across high-stakes matters for Fortune 250 companies and major financial services institutions.
About the Role
As a Senior Litigation Paralegal based in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, you'll play a key role within the litigation support team. The firm is recognized for its work with Fortune 250 companies and major financial services clients, offering the chance to develop expertise across sophisticated commercial litigation matters while working with accomplished legal professionals.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive case files from matter initiation through successful resolution
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy and attorney preparation
- Draft and prepare all litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
- Organize document review processes and assist with e-discovery management and production
- Maintain detailed case calendars, track critical deadlines, and ensure compliance with filing requirements
- Facilitate communications with clients and opposing counsel as directed by supervising attorneys
- Prepare materials and support trial organization and witness coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve litigation workflows and case management procedures
Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 5 years of progressive litigation paralegal experience; experience with AmLaw 100 firms strongly preferred
- Proficiency with legal research platforms, litigation management software, and standard office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong capability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines
- Solid working knowledge of civil litigation procedures, discovery rules, and federal/state court requirements
- Proactive attitude with strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take ownership
- Professional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and legal teams
