About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Safe Haven Security in our community. This full-time position combines territory development, customer consultations, and relationship building—meeting homeowners where they are to understand their security concerns and deliver solutions that provide genuine peace of mind. You'll work independently while supported by our team and earning weekly pay plus the foundation of formal, paid training to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home security assessments and consultations with prospective customers
• Present customized security packages tailored to family and property needs
• Build and nurture client relationships that drive both initial sales and referrals
• Meet or exceed territory sales targets and growth objectives
• Represent Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity in the community
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Proven outside sales experience or demonstrated ability to close business face-to-face
• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in understanding customer needs
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Coachability and willingness to apply structured training to real-world situations
