About the Role

This full‑time position puts you on the front lines of growing our customer base in the local market. You will engage homeowners, present security solutions, and close deals that generate weekly commissions backed by a structured training program designed to get you productive fast.

What You'll Do

• Prospect residential neighborhoods in Orchards and surrounding areas to identify qualified leads.
• Conduct in‑home consultations to assess security needs and recommend customized ADT‑backed packages.
• Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight product features, monitoring services, and financing options.
• Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales to meet weekly activity targets.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and submit orders through the company’s CRM.
• Participate in ongoing compensated training sessions that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
• Maintain a consistent follow‑up schedule with prospects and existing clients to foster referrals and repeat business.
• Report daily activities, pipeline metrics, and results to the sales manager.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in outside sales, retail, or commission‑based roles (experience in security or home services is a plus but not required).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within Clark County.
• Basic computer proficiency for CRM entry, email, and scheduling tools.
• Availability to attend scheduled compensated training workshops, typically held on weekdays.
