Senior Field Service Technician II (Hourly)

Jbt Marel Corporation is seeking a skilled Senior Field Service Technician II (Hourly) to service, install, and maintain Bevcorp beverage processing equipment across customer sites and our facilities in Eastlake, Lake County. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hands-on technical problem-solver who takes pride in keeping production machinery running reliably and safely.

About the Role

As a Senior Field Service Technician II at Jbt Marel Corporation, you will be the go-to expert for setting up, calibrating, and repairing Bevcorp capping, filling, seaming, and blending systems. Working both in the field and within our Eastlake facilities, you will ensure every machine meets exact equipment specifications while consistently upholding a safety-first approach to your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all assigned tasks in full compliance with JBT safety policies and procedures, keeping safety at the center of every job.
• Complete preventive maintenance and initial setup on the full Bevcorp product line, including capping, filling, seaming, and blending machinery.
• Install, configure, and fine-tune equipment to required specifications, whether on customer sites or inside Bevcorp facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational faults, then perform timely repairs to restore equipment to peak performance.
• Adjust and verify machine settings to confirm reliable, specification-accurate operation.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial or beverage processing machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read specifications and adjust equipment accordingly.
• A disciplined, safety-focused mindset and commitment to following established procedures.
• Willingness to perform work in the field as well as at company facilities in Eastlake, Lake County.
• Availability for full-time, on-site employment.
