Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run community-driving and monetized in-store events four to five times each week.
• Set up, prepare, and host activities at the Community Table.
• Help coordinate special in-store experiences such as Birthday Parties and product Pairings.
• Lead and support Thirsty Thursday events.
• Facilitate vendor-sponsored sampling to showcase featured products.
• Ensure each event is welcoming, well-organized, and reflects the Alex Lee standard of service.

Qualifications

• A warm, outgoing personality and a love for engaging directly with customers.
• Strong organizational skills to prepare and execute multiple events weekly.
• Comfort working hands-on with food sampling and event setup.
• Reliability and flexibility to support a recurring in-store event schedule.
• Ability to work on-site in Wilmington, New Hanover County (this is not a remote role).
