Outside Sales Rep

UR is looking for an Outside Sales Rep to build our presence in San Antonio, TX, USA. This full-time position is built for someone who thrives on field engagement, client relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market.

What This Role Involves

In this Outside Sales Rep position, you'll work directly with clients across San Antonio, developing new business and managing established accounts. Your days will mix strategy with authentic relationship-building—territory planning in the morning, client calls and face-to-face meetings in the afternoon. You'll own your pipeline, track your progress, and take the lead in representing UR's solutions to prospects who are ready to buy.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify leads within your assigned San Antonio territory
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Build and nurture client relationships that drive repeat business
• Manage your sales pipeline and forecast accurately
• Travel locally to meet clients at their locations
• Document customer interactions and maintain current CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• Demonstrated field or outside sales experience
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable managing territory independently with self-direction
• Reliable transportation for local travel in San Antonio
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
