Inside Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to build a robust pipeline
• Execute discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales deals
• Maintain detailed records, activity logs, and sales forecasts in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales objectives
• Follow up with existing customers to uncover additional opportunities and drive account growth

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in an inside sales or related customer-facing sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong listening skills
• Self-directed approach to work with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard sales tools
• Adaptability, coachability, and commitment to customer success
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
