Operations Supervisor

UR is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Oklahoma City, OK facility. In this full-time position, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive continuous improvements that strengthen our operational performance.

About the Role

As Operations Supervisor, you'll take ownership of key operational functions at our Oklahoma City location. You'll manage workflows, ensure compliance with company standards, and create an environment where your team performs at its best. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and quality standards that define UR's success in the region.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and coordinate with team members to meet production and service goals
• Ensure workplace safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all operations
• Schedule staff, monitor attendance, and manage workforce performance
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to boost productivity
• Maintain inventory levels and manage vendor relationships to support smooth operations
• Track budgets, monitor costs, and report operational metrics to senior management
• Train and develop team members, providing feedback and support for professional growth
• Communicate operational priorities, changes, and progress to your team and management

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of operations management, production supervision, or related leadership experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience supervising and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and compliance standards
• Comfortable with data tracking, basic spreadsheets, and operational software
• Clear communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous process improvement
• High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications or a degree in operations management is a plus
