OTR Dry Van Company Driver

Nussbaum Transportation is seeking an experienced OTR Dry Van Company Driver to join our team in Starview, York County. We're building a driver-first carrier built on faith and family values—and we're looking for professionals who take pride in safe, on-time deliveries across the country.

The Opportunity

As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver with Nussbaum, you'll operate a late-model truck on consistent long-haul routes, earning competitive compensation while maintaining our reputation for reliability. This full-time position offers the stability of regular work and the independence of the open road.

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dry van tractor across multi-state routes while adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain accurate logbooks and records, including delivery documentation and fuel management
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members
• Handle loading and unloading coordination as needed, ensuring cargo security and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record
• Minimum one year of OTR dry van or company driving experience
• Strong knowledge of hours-of-service regulations and DOT compliance requirements
• Commitment to vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
• Professional communication skills and reliability

We invest in our drivers. You'll earn competitive compensation—$76,000 to $92,000 in your first year depending on experience—plus a $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus paid in installments at orientation completion, three months, and six months.
