About the Role

As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver with Nussbaum in Bluff City, Sullivan County, you'll spend your miles hauling dry van freight across long-haul lanes. This is a full-time, on-the-road position built for professional drivers who take pride in safe, dependable service and want to be part of a tight-knit, values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a dry van tractor-trailer safely over the road on long-haul routes
• Transport and deliver freight on schedule while protecting cargo integrity
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate logs and stay compliant with all DOT and federal safety regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A) in good standing
• Verifiable over-the-road driving experience preferred
• Clean and safe driving record with a commitment to compliance
• Willingness to spend extended time on the road as required by OTR work
• Strong sense of reliability, professionalism, and teamwork

Pay & Bonuses

• First-year earnings ranging from $76K to $92K, based on experience
• $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, paid in $1,000 installments at orientation completion, three months, and six months
• Insurance benefits offered as part of the overall package
