Role Overview

Exton Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as an Operating Room Circulator. As an OR RN in this role, you'll play a vital part in our surgical team, managing the flow of procedures and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in the operating room.

Core Duties

• Coordinate patient preparation, positioning, and draping for surgical procedures
• Manage operating room supplies, equipment, and instrument availability throughout procedures
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and surgical progress in real time
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technicians
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Support patients through pre- and post-operative nursing care

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in an operating room setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient safety, and operating room protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
