Digital Product Analyst (Remote)

About the Role

As Digital Product Analyst at Signet Jewelers, you'll translate customer behavior and operational data into actionable insights that shape our product strategy. You'll work across our digital ecosystem—spanning e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and customer engagement tools—to identify opportunities that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Analyze user behavior, product performance metrics, and customer journey data to surface trends and optimization opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports that track key product KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization
• Conduct user research and usability studies to understand customer needs and validate product hypotheses
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, and marketing teams to support data-driven product decisions
• Document insights and recommendations that inform roadmap prioritization and feature development
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends relevant to retail and jewelry e-commerce

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with analytics platforms, data visualization tools, or SQL—or equivalent hands-on experience analyzing data
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce, retail analytics, or digital product environments is a plus
