Lease Manager

Join H&M as a Lease Manager in Houston, Harris County. This is a full-time opportunity to manage and optimize our real estate portfolio while supporting H&M's continued growth across the region.

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Lease Manager to oversee all aspects of lease administration, negotiations, and compliance. In this role, you'll ensure our retail locations operate under favorable terms while maintaining strong landlord relationships and maximizing cost efficiency. Your strategic oversight will directly contribute to H&M's operational success and financial performance in the Houston market.

What You'll Do

• Negotiate, execute, and manage commercial lease agreements for retail properties
• Review lease documents and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
• Coordinate with landlords, legal teams, and internal departments on lease matters
• Track lease terms, renewal dates, and expiration schedules to prevent lapses
• Analyze lease economics and identify cost-reduction opportunities
• Handle amendments, extensions, and terminations in accordance with company policy
• Maintain organized lease files and documentation systems
• Report on portfolio performance and lease-related financial metrics

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in lease management, real estate administration, or commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures and negotiation practices
• Excellent organizational and document management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in contract management
• Associate's degree in business, real estate, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
