About the Role
As Clinical Director, you will lead clinical operations and nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care aligned with our core mission: to care for every patient and their family as if they were our own. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing the clinical team in a dynamic, multispecialty surgery center environment providing pain management, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and joint replacement services.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily clinical operations and patient care delivery across all specialties
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing and clinical staff performance
- Ensure compliance with surgical center regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with physicians in pain management, orthopedic, neuro spine, and total joint specialties
- Maintain and update clinical protocols and quality assurance measures
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Foster a patient-centered culture focused on safety and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- RN with current state licensure
- Proven leadership experience in surgical or clinical operations
- Knowledge of ambulatory surgery center standards and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and team-building capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively under pressure
