What You'll Do
- Design and implement a comprehensive, statewide fundraising strategy that expands private revenue year over year while maintaining donor engagement from cultivation through stewardship
- Build and lead a high-performance team across individual giving, direct mail, digital fundraising, corporate partnerships, and event production
- Cultivate and close six- and seven-figure gifts from major donors throughout California
- Strengthen planned giving programs using your existing expertise and board partnerships
- Oversee annual planning, budgeting, and implementation across philanthropy, grants, communications, and marketing departments
- Champion internal and external communications that amplify PATH's brand and impact story
What We're Looking For
- Eight years of professional experience managing teams and projects in development and communications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Strong collaborative leadership with the ability to inspire teams and build cross-functional relationships
- Clear, persuasive communication skills for internal and external audiences
- Ethical foundation, professional integrity, and commitment to social and racial justice
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and proof of insurance
- Ability to pass background screening, tuberculosis test, and drug screening
- Employment eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
