Adecco: Selling Branch Manager (In-Office)

The Adecco Group is hiring a Selling Branch Manager (Full Time) for our Tarrytown, Travis County office. In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive new client acquisition, nurture key relationships, and lead your branch toward sustained revenue growth.

About the Role

As Selling Branch Manager, you'll own the sales strategy and execution for your branch. Your focus is expanding the customer base, deepening existing partnerships, and ensuring the branch meets its financial objectives. You'll balance direct client engagement with team leadership, setting the tone for how your branch competes in the staffing and recruitment market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business development plans that attract new clients and grow account portfolios
• Manage relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities to increase contract scope and value
• Track branch financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead your branch team, providing coaching and support to achieve collective sales goals
• Identify market gaps and competitive advantages within your territory
• Allocate resources strategically to maximize return on investment

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in sales management or business development roles
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and drive profitability
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and internal stakeholders
• Financial acumen—comfort reading and managing P&L metrics
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Background in staffing, recruitment, or professional services preferred
