About the Role

As an Executive Recruiter with LHH Recruitment Solutions in Baltimore, MD, you will own the complete direct-hire recruiting lifecycle for mid- to senior-level professional placements. This hybrid position blends in-office collaboration in the Druid area of Baltimore with the flexibility of remote work, sitting within LHH's Human Resources business unit. You will source, engage, and place top-tier talent while building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle direct-hire recruitment for mid- to senior-level professional roles from initial sourcing through successful placement.
• Identify and attract high-caliber executive and professional candidates using proactive sourcing strategies.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with hiring clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
• Guide both clients and candidates through the offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity to support consistent placement results.
