About the Role

As a Relationship Banker with Wells Fargo in the Lehigh Bucks PA District, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor to retail and small business customers. You'll develop and maintain long-term relationships while helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized service and comprehensive product guidance.

What You'll Do

• Open and service deposit and credit accounts for retail and business customers
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
• Cross-sell financial products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services
• Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate account documentation
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and Wells Fargo compliance standards
• Meet sales performance goals and contribute to branch revenue
• Support daily branch operations and administrative functions

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous customer service or banking experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales mindset with genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Proficiency with computer systems and banking software platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
