NOC Analyst II

Prime System Solutions is seeking a NOC Analyst II to join our Network Operations Center team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In this full-time role, you'll monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations and rapid incident response across our systems.

About the Role

As a NOC Analyst II, you'll be at the heart of our network operations, responsible for the continuous monitoring and support of our critical infrastructure. This position requires someone with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals and the ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues under pressure. You'll work with modern monitoring and ticketing tools, coordinate with senior technical staff, and play a key role in maintaining the uptime and performance our organization depends on. The role typically involves shift work, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 monitoring coverage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network devices, servers, and systems to detect and alert on anomalies or outages
• Investigate and resolve network-related incidents, escalating complex issues to senior engineers as needed
• Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and system changes using ticketing systems
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks and coordinate scheduled maintenance windows
• Document network topology, configurations, and operational procedures
• Provide on-call support and respond to critical alerts during assigned shifts

Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching concepts
• Experience with network monitoring tools and SIEM platforms
• Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications (Network+, CCNA, or similar) are valued
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
