MSP Onboarding Specialist

Prime System Solutions is hiring an MSP Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In this full-time role, you'll lead the seamless integration of new clients into our managed service platform, ensuring a smooth transition and establishing the foundation for long-term partnership success.

What This Role Involves

As an MSP Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the entire client onboarding process—from initial discovery through go-live and post-launch stabilisation. You'll work at the intersection of technical delivery and client experience, collaborating with engineering teams, account managers, and clients to execute structured, documented onboarding workflows. Your goal is to reduce time-to-value, eliminate friction in client transitions, and establish clear expectations that set the stage for a productive, long-term managed service relationship.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables for new managed service clients
• Gather and document client requirements, existing infrastructure, and business objectives to inform implementation strategy
• Coordinate handover activities between sales, technical, and support teams to ensure continuity and accountability
• Configure client environments, systems access, monitoring baselines, and service documentation according to contracted scope
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide initial training to client staff on access, tools, and escalation procedures
• Identify and mitigate onboarding risks; escalate blockers and maintain transparent communication throughout the transition
• Document client configurations, custom settings, and any deviations from standard processes for the support team
• Gather client feedback post-launch and report learnings to refine future onboarding processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client onboarding or implementation projects, ideally within managed services, IT support, or software delivery
• Strong project coordination skills—comfortable with timelines, checklists, and tracking multiple concurrent client transitions
• Technical literacy; ability to understand and communicate about infrastructure, systems, and service configurations with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to clarify expectations, document processes, and manage stakeholder alignment
• Problem-solving mindset; comfort identifying issues early and working collaboratively to resolve them
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and client data handling
