Our talent team is representing a confidential technology studio in their search for a Mobile Engineer with expertise in React Native or Flutter. This organization partners with startups and established brands to build and scale digital products using data-driven, agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Drive feature delivery end-to-end from implementation through launch and iteration
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit test suites
- Manage deployments and configure CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate within agile teams to translate business requirements into development code
- Write performant, scalable, and testable code using modern development tools
- Participate in code reviews focused on clean code principles and architecture
- Contribute to engineering design sessions with evidence-based recommendations
- Balance delivery speed with code quality while maintaining focus on results
- Support technical interviewing to strengthen team capabilities
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex systems
- Strong commercial experience with Flutter and solid proficiency in Dart
- Deep understanding of cross-platform mobile architecture principles
- B2-level English proficiency for active communication with native speakers
- Experience working within Scrum and Agile teams
- Proven track record of owning features from requirements to delivery
Technical Requirements:
- State management solutions (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or similar)
- Navigation and complex routing structures
- Responsive and adaptive UI development across multiple screen sizes
- REST API and/or GraphQL integration
- Mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- App Store and Google Play submission and release processes
- Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)
- Git-based workflows and version control best practices
Preferred Skills:
- Native iOS development using Swift
- Experience integrating Flutter with native code (platform channels, native SDK integrations)
