About the Role

As a Mobile Contract Witness, you'll provide essential notarization and document execution services that keep real estate transactions moving forward. You'll travel to client locations across Dallas, Texas, verify identities, witness document signings, and maintain meticulous records that meet legal and compliance standards. Your professionalism and attention to detail directly impact closings, refinancing transactions, deed transfers, and other critical real estate milestones.

What You'll Do

• Conduct mobile loan signings and real estate closings at client homes, offices, lending institutions, and other designated locations
• Verify signer identities and ensure all parties understand the documents before execution
• Witness and notarize mortgage documents, deeds, promissory notes, refinancing packages, and closing statements
• Maintain accurate records of all notarized transactions and prepare documentation as required by state law
• Manage your own schedule and coordinate travel throughout Dallas and surrounding regions
• Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, settlement companies, and title professionals to schedule and execute signings

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas Notary Public commission or ability to obtain one
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when handling legal documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple signings efficiently
• Prior experience with loan signings, real estate transactions, or notary services preferred
