About the Role

As a Clinical Team Coordinator RN on our cardiac telemetry unit, you'll provide direct patient care to individuals with complex cardiac conditions requiring continuous monitoring and telemetry oversight. You'll work closely with physicians, specialists, respiratory therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care that meets each patient's unique clinical needs and supports their recovery journey.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and clinical changes with clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Coordinate patient care activities and communication among interdisciplinary team members to optimize care plans
• Provide compassionate direct nursing care, including medications, treatments, patient education, and emotional support
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous learning
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Support newer team members and contribute to a collaborative unit environment

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license (state of Pennsylvania or appropriate reciprocity)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care in an acute care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and clinical teams
• Clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to respond effectively to changing patient conditions
• Commitment to professional development and willingness to work collaboratively across disciplines
• Experience in cardiac or telemetry nursing is valued
