Mitarbeiter Projektmanagement & Prozessoptimierung (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Project Manager & Process Optimization Specialist. In this role, you will:

• Independently manage projects from initiation to completion, including cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring structured execution
• Support team members from various departments in advancing projects methodically, goal-oriented, and in compliance with established processes
• Plan, prioritize, and track project goals, milestones, tasks, and dependencies while creating transparency for stakeholders and management
• Serve as a central interface between project participants, moderate workshops and coordination meetings, and help facilitate necessary decisions
• Ensure the application and continuous development of project management standards, primarily using Jira and Confluence, and train colleagues in their effective use
• Actively contribute to process management and derive improvement measures and standardizations across different subject areas

What We're Looking For

• Commercial training and/or university degree, ideally supplemented by project management certification
• Several years of experience in project management with confident application of classical, agile, or hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as MS Office; existing knowledge in process management or willingness to develop this skill set
• Ability to take ownership, manage projects in a structured manner, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with strong cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Excellent German language skills; good English proficiency is a plus
