About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Paid Media Campaigns Manager to join their Paris team. This role offers the chance to manage high-impact, multi-market campaigns for major clients in the fashion retail and tourism sectors across France and key European markets.

You'll lead full-funnel paid media strategies across major platforms, working with substantial budgets and the autonomy to test innovative approaches. This is a hybrid position based in Paris, perfect for a bilingual digital marketing professional ready to take ownership of strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end activation, quality assurance, and continuous optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Google Ads
• Manage and control campaign budgets, monitoring pacing and making strategic decisions to optimise spend and performance across tactics
• Lead client calls and presentations in both French and English, translating campaign data into actionable performance reports and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including client management, creative, data, and other media specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Test and implement new strategies leveraging AI-driven tools and strong platform partner relationships

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in French and professional-level English required for client-facing communications
• Approximately 3 years of experience managing multi-market paid social and search engine advertising campaigns
• Hands-on expertise with at least one major paid social platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest) and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of PPC KPIs, full-funnel marketing strategies, and key performance drivers
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking and performance analysis
• Skilled at creating structured, clear, and visually polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Client-focused mindset with a track record of developing strong relationships and delivering business value
• Adaptability and strategic thinking to navigate changing circumstances and market conditions

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €38,000–42,000 annually, based on experience.
