What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in membership management or similar roles, particularly in driving engagement and retention strategies.
• Experience in developing and managing volunteer programs, including recruitment, training, and activation of volunteers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
