Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full development lifecycle of large-scale deep learning models, from conception through deployment
• Prepare and curate datasets for model training and evaluation
• Design and implement model architectures to enhance product capabilities
• Train, evaluate, and optimize models to achieve production-ready performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and research teams to productionize research innovations
• Take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience training and evaluating large deep learning models
• Strong proficiency in standard deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
• Proven track record implementing machine learning algorithms in production software at scale
• Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
• Collaborative work style with strong interpersonal skills
• Kind, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
