We are representing a confidential AI organization seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join their Applied AI team. This is a founding-level role where you'll productionize cutting-edge AI models and work directly with customers to solve complex real-world problems. Responsibilities

• Productionize frontier AI models to address complex real-world customer challenges
• Collaborate with research teams on the latest advancements in machine learning
• Partner directly with customers to integrate AI models into their technology infrastructure
• Drive direct business outcomes with high levels of product ownership and autonomy
• Contribute as a founding team member across multiple areas of the business

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer obsession and passion for solving practical, sometimes ambiguous problems
• Experience as a machine learning engineer, ideally working on AI products for external customers
• Background as a technical founder or in a similar high-impact capacity
• Hands-on experience working with transformer models and large language models
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Track record of owning problems end-to-end with the ability to learn quickly and acquire new knowledge
• Kind, collaborative work style and approach to teamwork

Location: United Kingdom or United States (remote-first)
