About the Role

As a Member Experience Associate at Club Elite and Club Fitness in Cottleville, you're more than just a team member—you're a moment maker. This part-time position puts you at the heart of our operations, welcoming members, answering questions, and fostering the welcoming environment that defines our clubs. You'll play a direct role in our mission to provide the best experience for everybody to improve their quality of life through fitness.

What You'll Do

• Greet members with genuine energy and positive enthusiasm at check-in
• Respond to member inquiries about programs, amenities, and services
• Check members in for classes, personal training sessions, and facility access
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk or member services area
• Process new member registrations and renewals with accuracy and care
• Assist with member retention by building relationships and addressing concerns
• Support club events, challenges, and community activities
• Collaborate with fitness staff to ensure a seamless member experience
