Conair LLC is hiring a full-time Contract Recruiter/Sourcer for a six-month temporary assignment at its corporate headquarters in Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut — an on-site opportunity to drive talent acquisition for one of the most recognized consumer products companies in the country.

About the Role

Conair's Talent Acquisition team is bringing on a Contract Recruiter/Sourcer to support a high-volume, fast-moving hiring cycle. This six-month assignment is built for a recruiting professional who is equally comfortable building candidate pipelines from scratch and carrying a full-cycle req load simultaneously. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across the organization, delivering quality candidates quickly and keeping the process moving without sacrificing candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake meeting through offer acceptance — across multiple open requisitions at once
• Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and talent communities
• Screen applicants by resume review and structured phone interviews, then present a concise shortlist to hiring managers
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders while keeping candidates clearly informed at every step
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout each requisition
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles, reducing future time-to-fill
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, sourcing strategy, and best-fit candidate profiles

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a full-cycle recruiter or sourcer, ideally within a corporate or in-house environment handling high-volume hiring
• Proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
• Hands-on experience managing requisitions and candidate pipelines inside an ATS platform
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines without losing attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication — both written and verbal — with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Comfort working independently and adapting quickly in a complex, fast-paced corporate setting
• Availability to work on-site at Conair's Stamford, CT office for the duration of the six-month assignment
