About the Role

As a Material Planning Specialist II, you'll be instrumental in optimizing the flow of materials and resources across our Henderson mine and mill complex. This role sits at the intersection of operations, logistics, and production, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving. You'll report directly to the planning leadership team and work closely with mine, mill, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient resource utilization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain material forecasts and inventory plans aligned with production schedules
• Monitor supply levels and adjust replenishment strategies to support continuous operations
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to anticipate material needs
• Analyze planning data and recommend process improvements to reduce inefficiencies
• Respond to operational changes and optimize material allocation in real time
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for management review
