Marketing Chief at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Marketing Chief to lead their content and marketing operations in London. In this role, you will take ownership of the marketing function and drive strategic initiatives across multiple channels.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations, evaluate team performance regularly, and recruit and onboard new team members.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and website initiatives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

This position is based in-person at our client's London headquarters near Victoria Station, with travel opportunities to attend conferences internationally.
