Marketing Analytics Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential wellness technology client in their search for a Marketing Analytics Manager. This is a remote position that will play a pivotal role in shaping consumer acquisition and retention strategies through rigorous analysis and strategic insight.

In this role, you'll transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations that drive investment decisions across Marketing, Finance, and Product teams. You'll be responsible for building measurement frameworks, evaluating channel performance, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation, forecasting, and reporting of key acquisition and retention metrics, including variance analysis
• Analyze performance across marketing channels and geographies to identify growth opportunities and inform investment decisions
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide teams with clear performance visibility
• Develop business cases for new initiatives by sizing opportunities, modeling investments, and delivering clear recommendations
• Design measurement frameworks, including media mix models and incrementality tests, to evaluate marketing ROI
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Marketing to align business strategy, performance insights, and financial expectations
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, including experience building detailed financial models
• Experience using SQL to independently access and analyze data
• Proven track record of developing business cases and presenting investment recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical judgment and curiosity for uncovering root causes behind performance trends
• Ability to make progress in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Familiarity with marketing and growth metrics such as CPA, LTV, and ROI is a plus
