Jobgether is recruiting a Marketing Ad Operations and Investor Relations Specialist to lead campaign strategy and stakeholder communications from our remote office in Czechia. In this full-time role, you'll drive advertising initiatives and manage investor relationships within a collaborative, innovative organisation.

Position Summary

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns and investor relations programmes. You'll blend operational expertise with strategic thinking, ensuring campaigns are launched effectively, perform at their best, and maintain compliance with all relevant standards. Working in a remote-first environment, you'll coordinate with creative teams, technology platforms, and external partners to deliver campaigns that achieve business objectives and strengthen investor confidence.

Core Duties

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
• Manage creative assets and maintain systems for efficient collaboration with internal and external teams
• Track and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimisation
• Develop and maintain relationships with external marketing partners and service vendors
• Create and distribute investor-focused communications to maintain stakeholder engagement
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Continuously refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in marketing operations, ad operations, or closely related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with performance data
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, ad management tools, and marketing technology
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
• Proven track record managing external relationships and coordinating across teams
• Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
