Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of both advertising operations and investor-focused marketing functions within a remote-first organisation. You'll manage end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy through to performance analysis, whilst establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. The role demands strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to process management, and a commitment to delivering compliant, high-quality campaigns across all initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and channels
• Create, organise, and maintain marketing creative assets and campaign materials
• Track campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve ROI and effectiveness
• Partner with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Maintain compliance with brand guidelines, advertising standards, and relevant regulations
• Develop and nurture relationships with investor contacts and partners
• Coordinate communications that reflect the organisation's investor relations strategy

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing operations, digital advertising, or a related field
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills
