Marketing Ad Operations, Investor Relations

Jobgether is recruiting a Marketing Ad Operations, Investor Relations specialist to lead campaign execution and investor communications from Bulgaria in a fully remote capacity. You'll drive the success of integrated digital marketing and investor relations programs across channels while building strong vendor partnerships and maintaining operational excellence.

Role Overview

This position places you at the center of our marketing operations—managing the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns and investor-focused initiatives. You'll coordinate all aspects of campaign delivery in a distributed, collaborative environment where modern marketing tools and data-driven decision-making power everything we do. Your combination of tactical execution skills and strategic insight will directly improve our campaign results and internal workflows.

Core Duties

• Manage end-to-end execution of digital advertising and investor relations campaigns across multiple marketing channels
• Coordinate the production, storage, and activation of creative assets and marketing materials
• Analyze campaign performance through metrics and data to identify improvements and validate strategy
• Develop and maintain productive partnerships with agencies, vendors, and external marketing stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Support team collaboration and alignment on marketing objectives and timelines

Skills & Qualifications

• Background in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital advertising execution
• Proficiency with marketing technology platforms, performance dashboards, and analytics software
• Exceptionally organized with strong project coordination and attention to detail
• Comfort interpreting marketing data and translating insights into action
• Experience managing third-party relationships and vendor coordination
• Professional communication skills for internal teams and external contacts
