About the Role
You'll own the technical initiatives that move our manufacturing operations forward. Working closely with production teams, you'll identify optimization opportunities, implement engineering solutions, and ensure our facility stays aligned with operational excellence standards. This is a role where your contributions directly influence how effectively we produce world-class products.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead process improvement projects and continuous enhancement initiatives across the production floor
- Deliver technical guidance to production teams, helping them overcome operational obstacles and maximize performance
- Evaluate manufacturing data and operational metrics to spot inefficiencies and improvement gaps
- Partner on equipment strategy, maintenance planning, and production system optimization
- Uphold quality standards and ensure manufacturing compliance with specifications and requirements
- Collaborate across teams to design and rollout engineering improvements that stick
- Capture and document processes and solutions to strengthen operational knowledge across the facility
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent hands-on professional experience)
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering or comparable technical role experience
- Working knowledge of lean principles, process improvement frameworks, and continuous improvement methods
- Hands-on familiarity with manufacturing equipment, production systems, and industrial tooling
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
- Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, team-driven manufacturing environments
- Clear communicator who builds relationships and influences across all organizational levels
