Position Summary

Core Duties

• Produce timely, accurate risk reports, dashboards and management information packs for senior audiences
• Coordinate periodic risk reviews and deep-dive assessments of key suppliers
• Partner with procurement, legal and compliance colleagues to ensure risk considerations shape contracting and performance management
• Track emerging regulatory themes and industry practices that influence supplier risk management and update internal processes accordingly
• Coach team members and internal stakeholders on effective governance and reporting habits

Requirements

• Demonstrable managerial experience in supplier risk, third-party risk or related governance and reporting roles
• Solid grasp of risk-assessment methodologies, control frameworks and reporting techniques relevant to supplier ecosystems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly to mixed audiences
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional groups and influence decisions without direct authority
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background supporting risk or supply-chain discipline
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced Mumbai office setting with attention to accuracy and deadlines
