What You'll Do

• Perform thorough evaluations of speech production, language comprehension and expression, cognitive-communication abilities, and swallowing function using standardized tools and clinical observation
• Design and deliver personalized therapy plans that target individual goals for improved articulation, fluency, voice quality, and safe oral intake
• Lead one-on-one and group intervention sessions while adapting techniques to patient progress and medical status
• Partner closely with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, and other specialists to integrate speech-language goals into overall treatment
• Instruct patients, caregivers, and family members on home strategies and communication supports that extend gains beyond sessions
• Maintain precise clinical documentation of assessments, treatment outcomes, and recommendations in accordance with professional and facility standards

Who We're Looking For

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology or communication sciences and disorders from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and status that permits independent practice
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or equivalent credentials commonly expected for the title
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques applicable across medical and rehabilitative populations
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients and collaborating across disciplines
• Strong organizational ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and evidence-informed decision making
