Manager / Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations (Multiple Roles)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential mental healthcare technology organization operating across multiple markets. They are hiring exceptional management consultants and strategy professionals ready to transition into hands-on operating roles.

This is not a traditional internal strategy position. You will move beyond diagnosis and recommendations to drive implementation, build capabilities, and deliver measurable business results. Strong performers will have opportunities to take on broader functional or market responsibilities based on demonstrated impact.

Responsibilities

You will take ownership of high-priority business problems that materially affect growth, performance, and scalability. Your work will include:

• Structuring ambiguous problems, identifying key drivers, and translating analysis into clear decisions and actionable plans
• Developing practical recommendations grounded in data, frontline realities, customer needs, and commercial considerations
• Owning initiatives end-to-end from diagnosis through implementation and measurable results
• Working directly with functional and senior leaders to define priorities, resolve constraints, and maintain momentum
• Translating decisions into implementation plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and success measures
• Building processes, tools, operating cadences, and accountability mechanisms to sustain improvements
• Improving how teams plan, measure, and manage performance across the organization
• Strengthening coordination across functions, markets, and levels of seniority
• Taking on increasingly broad operating responsibility as organizational needs and your capabilities evolve

Your initial mandate may involve operations improvement, commercial enablement, business performance systems, new product development, market development, strategic initiatives, or embedded operating ownership within a priority function.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 4-10 years of experience, ideally including management consulting, strategy, transformation, or professional services
• Strong training in structured problem-solving with ability to bring clarity to complex situations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; can independently produce work ready for senior leadership decisions
• Motivation to move from advising organizations to building and operating one
• Energized by implementation and ownership, not only recommendations or presentations
• Commercially minded with understanding of how operational, customer, and financial considerations connect
• Comfortable working with incomplete information, competing priorities, and limited resources
• Can influence senior stakeholders while building trust with teams responsible for day-to-day execution
• High standards combined with low ego; willing to move between strategic questions and detailed operational work
• Takes ownership naturally, follows through reliably, and maintains high standards without extensive direction
• Comfortable working across functions, cultures, markets, and levels of seniority in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in healthcare, technology, insurance, enterprise services, or multi-market businesses is helpful but not required
