PwC is hiring a Managed Services Revenue Cycle – Pre Access – Senior Manager to join its growing Managed Services practice in Cammack Village, Pulaski County — a full-time, on-site leadership role for a seasoned revenue cycle professional ready to drive measurable results for healthcare clients.

About the Role

In this Senior Manager position within PwC's Revenue Cycle Managed Services practice, you will lead pre-access operations for healthcare clients — owning the end-to-end delivery of patient scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorization, and pre-registration functions. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for service quality, team performance, and continuous process improvement across client engagements. This role requires travel of up to 40%.

What You'll Do

• Lead managed services delivery for pre-access revenue cycle functions including scheduling, eligibility verification, prior authorization, and pre-registration across multiple healthcare client accounts
• Assess client financial and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and design targeted improvements that reduce denials and accelerate cash flow
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams executing pre-access operations on behalf of clients
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to client leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional PwC teams — including technology, analytics, and advisory — to deliver integrated revenue cycle solutions
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, managing relationships at the director and VP level within health system and hospital clients
• Support business development efforts including proposal development, scope definition, and solution design

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with demonstrated focus on pre-access or patient access operations
• Prior leadership experience managing teams and client relationships in a managed services, consulting, or outsourcing environment
• Deep knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization workflows, payer requirements, and denial prevention strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable operational improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% to support client engagements
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (CRCR, CHFP) a plus
