About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician I with PATH Enterprises, you'll handle essential facility upkeep and repairs across residential properties. Under close supervision, you'll perform multi-trade maintenance tasks—plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and light electrical work—while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance. Driving is required; you must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
What You'll Do
- Execute repairs and maintenance across multiple building systems including plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, carpentry, and light electrical work
- Oversee apartment turnovers with cleaning, painting, minor renovations, and fixture repairs
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems—sinks, toilets, water heaters, drains, fixtures, and related components
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on building systems and document all work orders
- Respond immediately to safety-critical issues and coordinate with management to protect residents and staff
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed
- Deep clean and prepare rental units for occupancy, including appliances, exhaust systems, and all fixtures
- Operate hand and power tools safely and keep maintenance shop areas organized and well-stocked
- Support emergency response procedures such as facility evacuations
- Collaborate with maintenance team members and respond to facility staff requests
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations as assigned

You must have employment authorization and be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. All offers are conditional on passing tuberculosis screening, background check, and drug screening. Proof of valid insurance and vehicle ownership is required for any personal vehicles used on the job.
