Northeast Grocery is hiring Meat Teammates in Brattleboro, Windham County. This full-time position offers $15.75–$19.30 per hour and the opportunity to deliver exceptional service in our meat department.

Position Summary

As a Meat Teammate at Northeast Grocery, you'll play a key role in our meat department, ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and helpful service every visit. You'll maintain well-stocked, appealing meat cases that showcase our quality selection and drive sales. Working to our high standards for food preparation, sanitation, and safety, you'll contribute to a clean, efficient, and trusted grocery environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers in the meat department
• Maintain product levels and selection in meat cases for optimal sales and customer choice
• Prepare and wrap meat products according to established company standards and procedures
• Uphold strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure food quality and workplace standards
• Contribute to a positive, organized meat department environment
