Key Responsibilities

• Lead virtual literacy sessions that strengthen foundational skills such as phonemic awareness, decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension
• Conduct ongoing literacy assessments to pinpoint student needs and measure growth over time
• Craft and refine individual intervention plans aligned with each learner’s goals and progress data
• Collaborate remotely with educators, specialists, and families to maintain consistent support across settings
• Apply research-supported literacy strategies and adjust techniques based on real-time student responses
• Keep precise records of interventions, outcomes, and communications for review and accountability
